These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and telur44 ("telur44", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the telur44 website at telur44.org, including all associated gaming services, tools, and content made available through it.

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to telur44 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a condition of registration that you confirm you meet this requirement. telur44 reserves the right to request identity documents confirming your age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned less any bonuses claimed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The telur44 platform is primarily operated for and directed at players in Malaysia. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the telur44 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. telur44 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of this Agreement and may result in account closure without refund.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one telur44 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent suspension, or for any other reason — is prohibited. telur44 uses technical detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your telur44 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. telur44 staff will never ask for your password.
3.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted under your telur44 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify telur44 support immediately via live chat.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). telur44 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its licensing obligations. You may be requested to submit identity documents (such as a national identification card, passport, or proof of address) before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your telur44 account at any time by contacting support. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with these terms. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method upon completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
4.1 Accepted Methods. telur44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX. The availability of specific methods is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the telur44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). telur44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly — any conversion is the responsibility of the player's payment provider.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your telur44 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. telur44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by telur44 within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section of the platform. Withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit to the same account.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts in your own name. telur44 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any withdrawal must be made to the same method and account holder from which the deposit was made.
4.6 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily or periodic limits, are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. These limits are subject to change at telur44's discretion.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. telur44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to bets placed in error, bets placed on events with obvious pricing errors, or bets that would expose telur44 to an unreasonable level of liability.
5.2 Palpable Errors. If a bet is accepted by telur44 due to a manifestly incorrect price, odds, or event description (a "palpable error"), telur44 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. Winnings resulting from a palpable error will not be paid.
5.3 Bet Settlement. All bets are settled in accordance with the settlement rules applicable to the specific game or event as displayed within the relevant section of the platform. telur44's decision on all settlement matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in clause 13.
5.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by telur44 in circumstances including (but not limited to): event cancellation, technical malfunction preventing correct settlement, or the discovery that a bet was placed in breach of these terms. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's wallet.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional bonuses offered by telur44 are subject to eligibility criteria specific to each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to new registered players for welcome offers, and to existing players for reload or loyalty promotions. Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting or systematic exploitation — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within any applicable time limit; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. telur44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion before the modification are not affected in relation to the original offer terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the telur44 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, telur44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
9.2 telur44 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. telur44 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will not be liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.
9.3 Nothing in this clause limits telur44's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
telur44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the telur44 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
telur44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, loss limits, and session reminders to all players.
